Two Chippewa Falls men arrested for pandering in prostitution investigation

Two Chippewa Falls men were arrested for pandering following a prostitution by the Eau Claire Police Department.
Among those arrested were Douglas A. Regal, 39, 19991 County X, Chippewa Falls and Daniel L. Ducommon, 32, 12037 30th Ave., Chippewa Falls.
According to police, the men offered to pay women in exchange for sex. They agreed to meet the women at the Plaza Hotel and Suites, 1202 W. Clairemont Ave., where the men were arrested.
The Plaza Hotel was a partner with Eau Claire Police in the investigation, which had been underway for a year. The investigation looked for men and women involved in prostitution through ads on the Internet.
