Man dies in farm accident

On 4/24/12 at 7:37 p.m. the Polk County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a farm accident which occurred near the intersection of 240th Street and 4th Avenue in the Town of Farmington, which is in southwest Polk County. The 911 caller advised that a farm tractor had rolled over and the male driving the tractor was injured and trapped underneath it. On arrival, deputies found that the man was dead due to the apparent injuries…
